I took my car in for an oil change and I also did a trip check. when I pick up my car the only thing was wrong I need was 4 tires 4 wheel alignment and battery terminal service. the Manage John told me he could get a set 4 tires cheaper than the quoted price. He said he could get a set of 4 tires for 391.00 out the door with a warranty. I did some checking around and I asked him to order the tires. JC automotive called me around 2:30pm stated the tires were in. I returned to the shop and waited on my car to be done. Once it was done nobody told me that my right rear stub was broken during the labor of my vehicle. I got home and was reading my receipt saw that my right rear wheel stud is broken. I called the shop back and asked why nobody told me this when I was checking out? So manager John stated he will fix it on Monday he just have to order the part and he will take care of it. Now I had to reschedule from Monday to Tuesday. So When I went in on Tuesday the guy Mike was very rude and told me it was already broken before they did the service on my vehicle. I was like how could that be because your company just did my oil change and trip check and it was not reported in my other receipt. I was very disappointed in my service this morning and Mike was very rude and said I have to pay for it. I called John the manager and told him you told me you was going to take care of this and I did not have to pay for this on Friday. He was like no you have to pay a fee to get it fix. I was very disappointed in him as manager because on Friday you said you will handle it but now I have to pay for something your tech broke when removing my tires. I left look for corporate number to complain about what just happen. I just get their number and I call spoke with John the manager again and let him know how disappointed I was about customer service. He said bring the car back he will fix my car but it's a fee of $35.00.
