Special was worth it. Smooth transaction as planned. I was in and out in no time. Excellent service. The only thing I would complain about would be the recommended services were not mentioned to me during my visit. I saw them on the receipt. If mentioned to me during the visit I could have saved 10%. JC's lost as I will have the recommended services done else where.

I routinely recommend JC Auto to anyone who mentions car service or repair. I don't hesitate. You score high on integrity accuracy customer service and cough cough price. Joking guys. I understand the pricing and accept it for what it is. What got me to come in was how you treated my daughter Barb. Had her experience been suspect then you would never have had my business. How's this hight tech pc program working for you. I'm pretty good about telling you yeah or nay my feelings of how you do.

I was so afraid you would pronounce a death sentence for my baby. She has seen me through so much in the 12 years I have had her. I was foolish enough to take her to someone who did not care about her or me as a customer who took advantage of me financially and did shoddy work that greatly affected the performance of my car. Thank you so much for the work you did to restore her to good health. She is running strong. Thank you for dealing with me fairly and honestly.

I had lots of work done on my Ford Taurus. It was done in a timely manner and the car ran like a new car. I was very pleased!
