As always the diagnosis was dramatic but hey it's a Toyota. The transmission mount broke but after 17 years what should I expect right? Anyway. that failure caused the three motor mounts to fracture. Fortunately I was driving locally when I heard the thunking. John and company were able to get the necessary parts and have my car back within the one day without any thunking going on. A mere three blocks after leaving the shop a vacuum line separated. A quick turn around and they diagnosed and reseated the line in just minutes. Smooth idle and my faith were restored.

Top notch service! When I recently needed help with my 2015 Toyota Tacoma I asked a friend if he could suggest a good service shop. He said go see John at JC Automotive Services and you won't be disappointed. He was right-on... I was very pleased ... and I would tell anyone that wants to find a well run professional automotive shop then you need go no further than JC Automotive. They took my Tacoma in right away found the problem did the necessary work and got my truck back to me in no time at all. Best of all the truck runs like brand new again.
