1996 Dodge Straus from Mi.VA had alot of snow salt damage. The customer service lady was very nice and the tech explained the problems. This is a good place to have your vehicle serviced. That being said they could not open the broken hood latch on my BMW 740il and I nded up paying for a new water pump and more $1 500 at another shop
We have been having our oil changed here for years. They are usually fast and efficient and the front desk staff are courteous.
The guys provided solid service. They checked and recorded my engine light codes replaced rear wheel bearings and cleaned up an oil seepage from the head gasket bolts. 4 stars vs 5 because the bolts weren't properly fitted in the first place and my labor charge for the front bearings (which were replaced previously) was very high. Would still recommend this shop to others.
Very quick business-like. No urging to do additional work--liked that! Listening to comments of people who came in I got the idea that they definitely know their customer service manual and their customers keep coming back to them.
You guys do an excellent job. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
